Don’t bother getting electrolysis hair removal done as it dosent work and is a waste of money I was using these guys but after a few months more hair started growing and I had scars on my skin this has made me loose my self confidence they don’t care about you just money and are all about rushing it all if you value your money I wouldn’t bother

What a beautiful clinic with wonderful energy and superior medical/ beauty knowledge. Leah was so kind and sensitive to my issues and needs and even though I booked in for a painful medical correction she made the experience as pain free as possible and her touch was very healing and soothing. The booking process was so easy and professional and the care exuded upon my arrival was equally as professional. I was treated with so much respect and kindness. The clinic is run by a wonderful manager called Sara and you can see why the team are so unified and cohesive in their approach. Everything from the colour of their uniforms to their natural, serene and immaculate rooms makes this clinic a very special place. Thank you ladies.

It is so lovely to find someone fully trained in Advanced Electrolysis for skin conditions. I find cryogen and laser treatments do not work as effectively and I’ve struggled to find a professional who offers this treatment. In addition, every staff member are friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Bellissimma is a gorgeous salon and I’m very happy to rebook.

I was booked in for a medical pedicure today before going on holiday to Portugal and it was great. My feet have been transformed and feel so much better after manipulation and waxing. My wart was so small impossible not to get it right first strike. Of course you wouldn’t do it right from the start, so that people come back and pay another £100. Joke 😂 Please close this place down or stop stealing money off people. Thank you
I went here to get a wart on my finger removed. I called before I booked my appointment to ask for more information. They never told me over the phone that they are not qualified to do anesthesia – and in my opinion it should have been the first thing they should have said!!!! I was told only when I got there (I had to get a bus and a train to get there, not like I live close). I accepted to get the procedure done anyway since I was already there and was desperate to get rid. The wound is healed but the wart is still there. Over £100 out the window and had to go through all that as well. Good customer service but it wasn’t what I came for. DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you have got nothing better to do with your time and money and unless you like painful procedures 🙁

Today I had a spray tan with Charlotte. I’d never had a spray tan before, so Charlotte spoke to me about how everything was going to work, she told me how to stand so she could give me the best spray tan, and if I had a question she was more than happy to answer them! The whole thing lasted around 10 minutes, and I was made to feel extremely comfortable for the entirety of the time I was there. She was so respectful and never made me feel uncomfortable. I was also recommended a product that would help prolong my tan, which I am excited to use. Overall, I couldn’t fault the service at all, and I couldn’t recommend Bellisima enough!!

Fantastic therapist. Shame about the loud talking in the corridor whilst my treatment was going on and banging doors. Perhaps staff and clients moving into and out of treatment rooms to be more mindful of their voices and noise levels especially when people are booked in for relaxing treatments. Also, two young children in the waiting room on game consoles when I arrived. I have 3 children and have treatment to escape children! A no children under 14 policy would be great.
