Sara started training in Beauty Therapy at 16 years old on the YTS scheme at Yorkshire College of Beauty, gaining an ITEC and CIBTAC Qualification in Beauty Therapy. She then went on to work in a salon in Leeds city centre before opening Bellissima in 1992. Sara has worked extremely hard to make the salon what it is today, gaining numerous awards including National Customer Care Award and Premier Salon of the Year Award to name but a few.

It is with her vision and expertise that Bellissima has continued to thrive year on year, consistently introducing new treatments and keeping up to all the changes and advancements in the beauty industry. Bellissima has grown through the 34 years it has been trading and Sara now employs a team of exceptional Beauty Therapists.

Morgen is a highly qualified and accomplished Level 2, 3, and 4  Qualified Beauty Therapist who began her career as an apprentice, following in the footsteps of our Salon Director, Sara. From the very beginning, Morgen has demonstrated exceptional dedication, determination, and professionalism, working tirelessly to establish herself on her own merit and build a respected reputation as an outstanding therapist in her own right.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognised through her achievements, including being awarded Student of the Year at both her Level 3 and Level 4 graduations—an honour that reflects her exceptional skill, work ethic, and passion for the industry.

Alongside her work in the salon, Morgen was invited to return to college as a Level 4 Beauty Therapy Lecturer, sharing her expertise with the next generation of therapists. She was also selected as the North of England Trainer for Smart Group Training Salons in Laser Hair Removal, further highlighting her industry-leading knowledge and professional standing.

Morgen is also a fully qualified Assessor, playing a vital role in maintaining and developing the high standards upheld throughout the salon. Her in-depth knowledge of advanced treatments is exceptional, and her natural passion for the industry shines through in every aspect of her work.

With a true love for skin health and advanced skincare, Morgen’s expertise is extensive and continually evolving. Her ability to create tailored, results-driven treatment plans makes her a trusted professional for clients seeking outstanding skincare outcomes.

Natalie has been a highly valued and respected member of the Bellissima Exclusive team since 2000, building an outstanding reputation as one of our most trusted and accomplished beauty therapists. With over two decades of experience, she is renowned for her expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to exceptional client care.

Specialising in advanced facial treatments and skin rejuvenation, Natalie has a true passion for achieving healthy, radiant, and long-lasting results. Her extensive knowledge and deep understanding of skin enable her to design highly personalised facial programmes tailored to each client’s unique needs and concerns. Whether addressing ageing, sensitivity, acne, pigmentation, or loss of radiance, she combines advanced techniques with premium products to deliver consistently visible and transformative results.

Alongside her facial expertise, Natalie is highly skilled in the removal of skin imperfections and offers professional hair removal services including electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing, always performed with precision, care, and attention to detail.

Natalie is exceptionally dedicated to her clients and is known for going above and beyond to ensure every individual feels valued, confident, and supported throughout their skincare journey. As a team member, Natalie is inspirational and supportive, always willing to share her knowledge, encourage others, and contribute positively to the salon’s success. Our Senior Beauty Therapist, Charlotte, is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong passion for advanced, results-driven treatments. She specialises in advanced facials, tailoring each treatment to deliver visible, long-lasting results while addressing individual skin concerns.

As our advanced massage therapist, Charlotte is extensively trained in re-alignment techniques and cancer massage, providing safe, therapeutic, and restorative treatments with exceptional care and expertise.

Renowned for her professionalism and efficiency, Charlotte is also highly experienced in intimate waxing, offering a discreet, comfortable, and precise service for clients seeking both speed and confidence.

With her advanced training, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, Charlotte consistently delivers outstanding treatments and an exceptional client experience.

Nicola joined us in 2000 as an apprentice. She was passionate & dedicated from day one. She left us for a short while to live in Cyprus & to raise her family where she continued her passion in the beauty industry. On returning she became our Skin & Laser Specialist. Nicola has a qualification in Customer Service along side her beauty & laser qualifications. Her customer care is outstanding as is her knowledge of the skin. Nicola loves to make sure that you truly relax & achieve your treatment goals.

Katie joined Bellissima when she was 16 years old & stayed with Bellissima for over 10 years until she left to raise her 4 children. We are delighted she is now back in salon working part time. Offering all beauty treatments. She is loving seeing old & new clients.

Our Graduate Beauty Therapist is a fully qualified professional with a minimum of one year’s industry experience. They are trained and confident in carrying out all bookable treatments to a high standard, ensuring every client receives exceptional care and results.

At this stage of their career, they are focused on building their personal clientele and developing a strong, consistent column. With a passion for learning, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction, they continually refine their skills while delivering a friendly, professional, and relaxing experience.

Clients can expect high-quality treatments, excellent service, and a dedicated therapist who is motivated to grow and succeed within the industry.

Imogen trained in Beauty Therapy in her gap year before starting her University course to become an Adult Nurse. Whilst at university Imogen worked with us when she could. She then went on to work full time as a General Practice Nurse in a GP Practice and has now gone on to work in the Women’s Health Unit in Yorkshire specialising in Colposcopy along with offering clinic days within the salon treating female related issues such as incontinence. Imogen has a real passion for women’s health & loves that her roles can help improve that. We can ensure you that you will be in very safe hands with Imogen & her caring nature shines through when treating clients.

Nurse Practitioner Caroline Mertens, (RGN, Masters Degree Advancing Nursing Practice, Independent Nurse Prescriber, Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner).

Caroline Mertens is the Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner and Independent Nurse Prescriber at the Facial Aesthetics Clinic here in Yorkshire. She has a genuine passion for helping her clients to achieve safe, natural-looking results, utilising a holistic approach to assessment, diagnosis, step by step treatment plans and aftercare support.

Caroline’s company, YAC Leeds Ltd is registered with the care quality commission and she is registered and fully qualified to offer an advanced range of non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments including Silhouette Soft Thread Lifts and the treatment of hyperhidrosis (excess sweating).

Caroline has extensive clinical experience in both hospitals and the community. She was one of the first waves of nurse practitioners and independent nurse prescribers in the UK, achieving a Masters Degree in 2000. Having completed specialist aesthetics training, she is fully insured to provide an advanced range of treatments rarely offered in other clinics.

Caroline is a member of the Royal College of Nursing and the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses, ACE Group World Aesthetic Complications Expert Group and CMAC (Complications in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative).

Rebecca is one of our Salon Coordinators. She manages the role perfectly by helping make sure the salon runs smoothly. You will meet Rebecca on reception & often see her organising & keeping the salon looking spotless. Rebecca loves the customer service part of the role & is always happy to answer any queries you may have.

Laura keeps the salon running smoothly on a day to day basis. With a background in Beauty she has enthusiasm & care to keep the salon looking sparkling.

Victoria will be on the front desk to welcome you as you arrive to the salon. Victoria has come from an accountancy background so also helps behind the scenes with admin tasks & the smooth running of the salon. She is here to answer any enquires you may have & to welcome you with a smile.
