I was a little apprehensive about the procedure but all my questions were answered thoroughly and my mind was put at ease. Natalie was very knowledgeable, pleasant and chatty which took my mind off the procedure. I felt like I was in safe hands! After care was explained well and I couldn’t have been happier.
