Zee, Charlie and Natalie worked it out that i could still get an appointment even though I’d been stuck in roadworks in Apperly Bridge which delayed my arrival by 15 minutes. Excellent customer service from the team and meant I could have a treatment before I go away on holiday. Brilliant treatment with Zee as always. Everyone’s always so lovely and accommodating, you really should be proud of the service you provide.
