The Changes We Have Made Due To Covid-19 At Bellissima Exclusive

I wanted to personally write to you all, to thank you for your continued support over the last few weeks. In the 28 years I have run & owned Bellissima Exclusive I have never experienced such unrest, upset & confusion. There has been more cancellations than ever before & this has had a huge impact on the salon. Today I have made the decision to reduce all our girls hours & also reduce our trading hours to help cut running costs so we can survive the downturn in business.
The Bellissima Girls have been amazing & have come together as a team, supporting each other & myself. The girls with less commitments have offered to lose more hours in support of the girls with families & household commitments. This has shown true team spirit & the love of Bellissima that we have built together.
Reducing the number of therapists working in the salon also reduces the amount of clients in the salon at one time, which will also reduce the amount of client interaction. This in turn can only help the difficult situation.
I want to assure you that hygiene has always been my top priority. With on average, a normal week we would treat between 250-300 clients a week, so the salon sterilisation has to be 100% all of the time. In addition to our normal sanitation we have installed medical grade sanitation units around the salon & sterilised gloves will be worn by our therapists for a large amount of our treatments.
