Since opening the doors in 1992, Christmas has always been one of the busiests times for the salon with party prepping treatments. Thats not to say that Christmas is still the same as it was in 1992. I remember from a young age, when Mum used to perform treatments she would be doing long hours, past closing time to fit all her clients in for their Christmas appointments, she would roll in on an evening not phased by her busy day at work, ready to do all the same again tomorrow. Christmas time really shows that Mum is 110% dedicated to her business and that its not just a living its a passion. Even sacrificing precious time at home to please her clients and give us the best Christmas she could (and she always delivered and still does haha). Now with the salon bigger than ever and expanding theres not just one or two columns packed full its now five or six and with that the work load increases. However Mum continues to run a thriving salon with the best team of girls who work incredibly hard. I think Christmas time is a time to reflect on how far the salon has come from just one small room with just Mum to a salon with seven treatment rooms with four pending and 13 staff members! I can honestly say the salon would not be where it is without Mums determination, drive and dedication. As they say Christmas is the time for giving so I and the girls here at Bellissima take this opportunity to give the biggest thank you for the hard work and sacrificing you have made to provide us with the best salon to work in at the best time of year!
